ODIS Software

High performance imaging software with stream-to-disk functionality

ODIS GUIOKOS Digital Imaging Software (ODIS) is a full featured imaging software with data acquisition, motion control, pulser receiver and imaging sub-systems. Its unique stream-to-disk functionality allows bypassing computer memory limitations.

Want to generate a 50 Giga Byte B-Scan?
ODIS can handle it!

User specific image processing algorithms can be implemented in software using ODIS' ScanMath feature - create your own image processing algorithms and incorporate them into ODIS.

ODAQ Digitizers

High performance digitizers for transient signal recording at ultra high sampling rates

odaq OKOS high performance digitizers have the ability to capture a digital footprint of various signal scenarios. With sampling rates up to 3 GS/s-8 bits resolution at 1 GHz bandwidth to 250 MS/s-12 bits resolution, no signal is too fast or too dynamic to be digitized. With extensive hardware processing capabilities and a comprehensive suite of software tools, OKOS digitizers are ideal for test & measurement applications.

DF100 Pulser

Patented Deep Focus transducer with integrated pulser receiver is a novel design that improves ultrasonic testing equipment in many ways.

DF100 The transducer in the DeepFocus Acoustic Microscope is different. Through a unique combination of piezoelectric materials, micron-thin coatings, acoustic lenses and geometry, a highly focused, elongated, small-diameter sound beam is produced with over 60 times greater depth of field than others previously available. More like the sonic equivalent of an optical laser beam, the sound beam generated by the DF100 transducer remains powerfully focused along a small diameter straight path rather than spreading out or arriving at a point focus as with conventional transducers. It has a 0.25" depth of field in aluminum and 0.006" to 0.008" beam diameter. DF100

Patented Portable Pulser Receiver with fast rise and fall times for high contrast imaging - US Patent 7,104,131 B2

DF100 The pulser-receiver in the DeepFocus Acoustic Microscope is different. Through innovative design and high performance components, fast rise and fall times are achieved. An embedded SMB connector eliminates the need for cables between the transducer and pulser-receiver, greatly enhancing the ultrasonic signal quality. With a fixed 32 dB of gain, coupled with OKOS digitizers, Ultrasonic imaging applications can benefit for the high contrast peak amplitude images and highly sensitive time of flight measurements for small defect detection.

Lower Frequency deep focus transducers now available
DF20 (20 MHz 2.0" FL) & DF05 (5 MHz, 0.5" FL)

CURE Monitor

Ultrasonic Cure Monitoring System

CURE

Cure is an ultrasonic guided wave in-situ cure-monitoring solution for inexpensive process control of resin, filled resin and fiber reinforced organic matrix composites. Many composite structures manufacturing operations have need for rugged and inexpensive NDE sensors suitable for factory and in field cure process monitoring. This product is based on Ultrasonic Reflection Coefficient (URC) sensor that enables calibrated and reproducible cure monitoring.
